ATS Kabana High is a commercial building by the ATS group, registered through ATS Grand Realtors, on plot C-01 in Sector 4, Greater Noida West. The plot measures 10,000 sq m, about two and a half acres. The UP RERA registration UPRERAPRJ697894 covers 838 units in a single shop-and-office block: 336 retail shops on the lower levels and 502 office-type units above them. RERA carpet areas run from very small kiosk-style shops of around 54 sq ft up to large floor plates, and listing portals show office and business-suite units in the 460 to 880 sq ft built-up range. The registration started in March 2019 and the declared completion date is November 2026, although one portal quotes May 2027, so check the latest extension with the developer. The location near Kisan Chowk puts the project on a busy junction of Greater Noida West with road links towards the FNG corridor and NH-24, and a metro station has been proposed nearby. Portal pricing varies widely, so ask for an official price list and payment plan.
