AU Cosmos Corner

AU Cosmos Corner is a high-rise residential project by AU Real Estate in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad, on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway side of the NH-24 corridor. It is being built by Cosmos REIT Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned AU subsidiary that bought the land at a UP Awas Vikas Parishad auction for about Rs 336 crore. The site measures about 5.6 acres and will carry roughly 831 homes in three 40-floor towers called Jagannath, Balabhadra and Subhadra. The towers use a cross-shaped plan, so each of the seven flats on a floor is a corner unit, and each floor has seven lifts. Unit types are a 3 BHK of about 1,780 sq ft, a 3 BHK with a multipurpose room of about 1,972 sq ft and a 5 BHK of about 3,175 sq ft. The launch in May 2026 came with an introductory base price of Rs 6,900 per sq ft, and the company put the project cost at about Rs 1,200 crore. Facilities planned include a clubhouse, pool, gym, yoga and meditation space and landscaped gardens.
