AU Family Hub

Family Hub is a retail and leisure project by AU Real Estate inside Aditya World City, the township on NH-24 in Ghaziabad. It is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ922146 on commercial plot 1 in Sector 2 of the township, a site of about 7,110 sq m, or 1.76 acres. The filing covers two blocks with 239 shops. Trade coverage puts the total development at about 1.8 lakh sq ft, planned around shopping, dining and entertainment, with landscaped gardens, musical fountains, an amphitheatre and space for pop-up markets and events, along with a gaming zone for children. The first Zudio store in Ghaziabad, of about 13,000 sq ft, opened here in August 2025, and the developer has announced a DMart as a further anchor. So parts of the complex are already trading, although the declared RERA completion date for the full registration is March 2028; one portal shows March 2027. Portal asking prices range from about Rs 30 lakh to Rs 1.1 crore for shops of 180 to 640 sq ft carpet. Buyers should confirm which block a unit is in and its handover date.
