BPTP Park Spacio, often listed simply as BPTP Spacio, is a mid-segment apartment project in Sector 37D within BPTP's large township on the Dwarka Expressway side of Gurugram, close to the group's Park Serene, Terra and Park Generations projects. It offers two- and three-bedroom apartments, with listing data putting unit sizes at roughly 1,000 to 1,865 sq ft. The project is registered with Haryana RERA as registration 300 of 2017, issued in October 2017 in the name of BPTP Limited for a site in village Basai. Portals now list it as ready to move, so it trades mainly as resale and rental stock. Its attraction is a lower ticket size than the newer luxury launches in the same sector while still offering a gated, finished society with established neighbours.
