BPTP The Amaario

BPTP The Amaario is a compact luxury project in Sector 37D, close to where the Dwarka Expressway meets the older sectors of New Gurugram. BPTP introduced it in May 2024 as a single community of 248 four-bedroom apartments spread across twin towers that rise to 31 floors above a stilt and podium level. Each apartment is around 3,700 sq ft and comes with three parking bays and provision for EV charging, aimed at buyers upgrading from older Gurugram condominiums. Every tower is served by seven high-speed passenger lifts plus separate service lifts, and the clubhouse plan includes a tall welcome lobby, banquet space and a covered heated pool. The project is registered with Haryana RERA as registration 47 of 2024, issued to Countrywide Promoters Pvt. Ltd., a BPTP group company, for about 4.76 acres carved out of a larger licensed colony. Portals currently show it as under construction, with possession indicated around 2031, although that date should be confirmed from the RERA page. Its location gives quick access to the expressway, NH-48 and the airport side of Delhi.
