Central Park Bignonia Towers

Bignonia Towers is a luxury high-rise project by Central Park inside its Flower Valley township on the Sohna side of the Gurugram-Sohna corridor. HRERA records place the group housing colony in Sector 32, Sohna, on roughly 7.36 acres, with two residential towers holding 193 apartments, along with 34 flats for economically weaker sections and a single commercial unit. The homes are large 3 and 4 BHK units. Launch coverage in June 2024 reported sizes from about 3,805 to 5,581 sq ft and a starting price of around Rs 5 crore, and the company said it booked about Rs 500 crore within days of opening sales. The project is registered with HRERA Gurugram, and a registration number of GGM/826/558/2024/53 is cited by listing sites. HRERA project pages for Bignonia Towers show a completion date of 29 June 2028. Flower Valley already has several delivered towers and low-rise pockets, so residents get an established township setting. Buyers should still match the tower, registration and payment plan in their agreement against the HRERA certificate and track quarterly progress reports.
