About Ganga Realty Tathastu
Tathastu is an affordable housing development in Sector 5, Sohna, announced by Ganga Realty in March 2023 as its first affordable project. The company said it would invest about Rs 750 crore to build roughly 2,972 flats in 14 towers on about 22 acres, with delivery targeted for the first quarter of 2027. On the regulatory side the development is split into two affordable group housing registrations dated 30 January 2023. Tathastu I, registration 20 of 2023, covers about 12.88 acres under licence 189 of 2022. Tathastu II, registration 21 of 2023, covers about 8.98 acres under licence 188 of 2022. Desi Construction is the promoter on both, with SRE India and Urbannest as licence holders, and both licences run to November 2027. At launch the homes were 3 BHK units of about 646 sq ft carpet area priced at about Rs 25.14 lakh under the policy rate. Allottees should track tower-wise progress in the HRERA quarterly reports and confirm the completion date against the 2027 licence validity.
