Godrej Nature Plus

Godrej Nature Plus is a group housing project by Godrej Properties in Sector 33, part of the Sohna master plan south of Gurugram. It marked the developer's entry into Sohna when it was announced in mid-2017, and the HRERA records name Godrej Highview LLP as the promoter entity. Phase 1 carries HRERA Gurugram registration 18 of 2018. In November 2025 the promoter filed an application to extend the registration, and the public notice for that application says the underlying land licence is valid until early 2030, which suggests work on at least part of the project is still continuing. The project offers 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments. Listing portals put 2 BHK homes at roughly 1,300 to 1,500 sq ft and 3 BHK homes at roughly 1,550 to 2,000 sq ft of super area, but their figures do not fully agree, and they also differ on land area and the expected handover date. Buyers looking at resale or fresh inventory should check the current HRERA certificate, the tower-wise completion schedule and whether an occupation certificate has been issued for the tower they are considering.
