Civitech Santoni is a commercial project by the Civitech group on plot C-1B in Sector 16B, Greater Noida West. Portals and blogs describe a retail and dining mall with a food court, but floor counts and unit types differ between them, and some listings even mix it up with residential stock. The registration began in July 2023 and the declared completion date is April 2030. Because this is a long-dated under-construction commercial project, buyers should confirm the exact unit type in the allotment letter, the payment schedule linked to construction stages and any assured-return or lease promise in writing.
