County Jade County

Jade County is a large high-rise housing project by Noida-based County Group inside the Wave City township on NH-24. It stands on group housing plot GH-10 in the Cherrywood Enclave of Wave City Sector 8, a parcel of about 13.3 acres that the company bought from the Wave group for about Rs 400 crore. County Group launched the project in June 2025 with a planned investment of around Rs 1,800 crore. The plan has nine towers of 27 to 31 storeys and roughly 1,000 homes in four sizes: 2,358, 2,898, 3,555 and 5,094 sq ft super area, covering 3, 4 and 5 BHK layouts. RERA has two phases. Phase 1 lists 3 and 4 BHK homes and a few shops, and Phase 2 adds more 3 and 4 BHK homes and 54 5 BHK units. The developer says about 80 percent of the land is open space, with a clubhouse of about 55,000 sq ft and IGBC Gold pre-certification. News reports say Phase 1 sold out within a week and construction began in February 2026. Although the land falls in Dadri tehsil of Gautam Buddha Nagar on paper, the address is marketed as Ghaziabad. Delivery is planned in phases from 2030.
