Courtyard 37D

Courtyard 37D is a shop-cum-office (SCO) plotted colony in Sector 37D, Gurugram, near the Dwarka Expressway. The licence holder and RERA promoter is Eternal Housing Infra LLP, and the project was launched in July 2023 under the Royal Green Realty name, with the company citing an investment of more than Rs 60 crore and development in two phases. The colony started on about 2.2 acres under one DTCP licence and grew to about 3.63 acres after a second licence was granted in October 2023. Haryana RERA records indicate that the first registration from 2023 was folded into a new registration in 2024 covering the larger area, with about 49 plots and a declared completion date in 2028. The launch report had promised completion by 2025, which has clearly slipped. SCO plots are usually sold as small built-up commercial units with a few floors for shops below and offices above, aimed here at the large housing population of Sector 37D. Plot sizes and prices have not been published by the developer, and we could not open the official registration page, so buyers should check the registration certificate, the approved layout and the delivery schedule before booking.
