CRC The Flagship

CRC The Flagship is a large office-led mixed-use project by CRC Group on plot 01B in Sector 140A, Noida, along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. CRC announced it in October 2023 as a campus of about 24 lakh sq ft, with around 12 lakh sq ft of Grade A office space, roughly 4 lakh sq ft of high street and enclosed retail including a food court and anchor stores, and 102 serviced apartments. The registered plot measures about 45,202 sq m, around 11.2 acres. The project is registered with UP RERA in four phases: three office towers and a separate retail block, with a combined count of about 1,800 units and a common declared completion date of 16 November 2027. In March 2026 CRC said construction was in its final stages and appointed CBRE for facility management, targeting delivery in the third quarter of 2026. Specifications highlighted by the developer include ten destination-controlled lifts per tower, segregated vehicle access, central air conditioning, EV-ready parking and an IGBC Platinum pre-certification.
