CRC The Peridona

The Peridona is an ultra-luxury residential project by CRC Group inside the Jaypee Greens golf course in Greater Noida. CRC unveiled it at an event in Dubai in July 2025 and said it would invest about Rs 1,500 crore, excluding land, and sell homes by invitation. The UP RERA registration covers plot C-01 in the Jaypee Greens sports complex land of about 15,400 sq m, while launch reports describe a seven-acre project, so confirm the exact parcel boundary. RERA lists seven towers and 341 homes: 266 4 BHK units of roughly 2,960 sq ft carpet and up, and 75 5 BHK units of roughly 4,430 sq ft carpet and up. News reports talk of one apartment per floor, duplex homes of about 10,000 sq ft and two very large villas. The design team includes Killa Design, Gensler, Rockwell Group for interiors and SWA Group for landscape, with MACE as project manager, and a clubhouse of more than one lakh sq ft is planned along with a night-golf course and nature trails. The declared RERA completion date is February 2030. CRC has not published prices, so buyers will need a direct quote and should study the RERA filing closely before committing.
