Dasnac Westminster is a single-tower luxury apartment project by the Dasnac group on plot GH-02/C in Sector 146, along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The site is small, about 1.9 acres, and the plan is one tall tower of roughly 34 floors with a large clubhouse that marketing material puts at about 65,000 sq ft. The project was registered with UP RERA in April 2024, and the declared completion date is April 2029. Dasnac and the listing sites present it as an all 4 BHK project of about 264 homes with a staff room in each unit, at around 2,450 sq ft super area. The RERA summary records the stock differently, as 132 units of about 1,894 sq ft carpet and 132 units of about 581 sq ft, which may reflect how each large home was split in the filing; buyers should ask the developer to explain this. A handful of small shops sit on the ground level. Sector 146 metro station on the Aqua Line is close by, and the expressway gives quick access towards Greater Noida, the Yamuna Expressway and the new airport at Jewar. Quoted prices vary from about Rs 8 crore to Rs 12 crore across portals, so ask for a written quote.
