DDA Dwarka Sector 14 Pocket 5

DDA's Pocket 5 in Dwarka Sector 14, Phase II, is a composite housing pocket that combines Category-II flats with a large EWS component. The Delhi RERA registration DLRERA2022P0037 was taken for 1,568 dwelling units, made up of 312 two-bedroom and 288 one-bedroom Category-II flats and 968 EWS flats, with internal development and electrification. The project description in the same record gives a slightly different, later count of 316 two-bedroom, 316 one-bedroom and 1,008 EWS flats. The site is about 43,100 sq m, construction began in February 2016 and the registered end date is September 2022. We did not find a recent DDA sale list or e-auction notice that names Pocket 5, so prices and flat sizes are not given here. Because the counts differ between the title and description of the registration, treat the unit mix as approximate and ask DDA for the final allotted numbers. Resale buyers should check that the conveyance deed has been executed, since DDA bars sale before it.
