About DDA Narela Pocket 11 Sector A1-A4
Pocket 11 is the biggest of DDA's new housing pockets in Narela Sector A1-A4. Built by B.G. Shirke Construction Technology for DDA, it is registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2025P0006, which lists 1,808 two-bedroom, 960 three-bedroom and 1,024 EWS homes on about 149,000 sq m with more than 6,000 parking spaces. DDA's brochure says construction finished in June 2025. In July 2026 DDA opened the Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 here for working and retired professionals and government staff, with 1,224 flats at a flat 25 percent discount and first-come-first-served booking from 15 August 2026. Reported prices after discount were about Rs 33.4 to 33.7 lakh for one-bedroom flats, Rs 75.6 to 83.6 lakh for two-bedroom flats and Rs 1.07 to 1.19 crore for three-bedroom flats; DDA later added 544 flats in September and 384 one-bedroom flats in Tower X in October 2026. DDA highlights the planned Sector A-4 metro station on the Rithala-Narela-Kundli line about 1.5 km away, a proposed RRTS station, UER-I and GT Karnal Road nearby, and the Mamoorpur City Forest along the pocket's edge. The scheme was due to close on 30 October 2026 or when stock ran out.
