DDA Narela Pocket 13 Sector A1-A4

Pocket 13 in Narela Sector A1-A4 is a DDA turnkey housing project that started on 6 August 2015 under a design-and-build contract. Its Delhi RERA record, DLRERA2025P0005, says the original plan of 750 two-bedroom, 325 three-bedroom and 412 EWS homes was revised to 776 two-bedroom, 352 three-bedroom and 424 EWS homes, on a site of about 60,600 sq m near Mata Mansa Devi Mandir. The record lists a sewage treatment plant, underground water tank, electric substation and rainwater harvesting, a revised estimate of about Rs 937 crore and an expected completion date of 26 to 27 June 2024. It is therefore one of the larger finished pockets in the A1-A4 cluster, alongside Pockets 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11 and 14. We did not find a DDA sale circular that names Pocket 13 specifically, so flat sizes and prices are not listed here. DDA usually sells such stock through online first-come-first-served schemes on its Awaas portal, so buyers interested in this pocket should check current DDA scheme lists for its blocks and the discount on offer.
