DDA Narela Pocket 14 Sector A1-A4

Pocket 14 is a DDA housing pocket in Narela Sector A1-A4, executed by B.G. Shirke Construction Technology under a design-and-build contract that began in August 2015. The Delhi RERA record DLRERA2025P0012 describes 488 two-bedroom, 272 three-bedroom and 296 EWS homes with other facilities on a site of about 41,300 sq m, and lists 1,713 parking spaces, of which most are covered. The project's fire clearance dates from January 2017, and its water supply scheme was approved by the Delhi Jal Board. The last construction update in the RERA record put progress at 98 percent, with only minor finishing work pending against an end date of 31 December 2023. Pocket 14 sits in the same planned cluster as DDA's other new Narela pockets, which DDA markets for their access to UER-II, GT Karnal Road and the planned Rithala-Narela-Kundli metro. We did not find a DDA sale list naming Pocket 14, so prices and exact flat sizes are not given here.
