DDA Narela Pocket 1B Sector A1-A4

Pocket 1B is a DDA housing pocket in Narela Sector A1-A4 that mixes EWS flats with Category-II MIG flats, all built with prefabricated technology. Its Delhi RERA record, DLRERA2022P0035, covers a site of about 54,800 sq m and shows work starting in March 2014 with an end date of May 2019; the record does not give a unit count. The pocket is next to Pockets 1A and 1C, which were built at the same time. In January 2026 DDA offered 19 MIG flats in Blocks E, F, G and H of Pocket 1B under its Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026, each with a plinth area of about 115 sq m including common area, at about Rs 67.4 lakh after a flat 25 percent discount. That price does not include maintenance, conversion or water connection charges. These MIG flats are a lower-priced alternative to the newer multi-storey MIG flats in Pockets 3, 4 and 7, which DDA priced at Rs 72 lakh and above in the same scheme. Since the stock has been standing for some years, buyers should inspect the exact flat and its block before booking through DDA's Awaas portal.
