About DDA Narela Pocket 4 Sector A1-A4
DDA's Pocket 4 in Narela Sector A1-A4 is a turnkey housing project begun in July 2015 near Mata Mansa Devi Mandir. Its Delhi RERA record, DLRERA2025P0008, lists a revised total of 512 two-bedroom, 350 three-bedroom and 320 EWS homes on about 47,600 sq m, with a sewage treatment plant, water tanks, rainwater harvesting and a facility block, and states that the work was physically completed on 25 October 2024. In January 2026 DDA included this pocket in its Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 with a flat 25 percent discount: 104 HIG flats in Block E at about Rs 98.5 lakh to Rs 1.13 crore, 20 HIG flats in Block G at about Rs 97.9 lakh to Rs 1.07 crore, and 104 MIG flats in Block C at about Rs 74.8 to 83 lakh. Plinth areas, which include a share of common area, run from about 127 to 140 sq m for MIG and 161 to 186 sq m for HIG. A later DDA list from August 2026 showed 404 MIG and 267 HIG flats still being offered. Booking is online and first-come-first-served, and prices shown exclude maintenance and connection charges.
