DDA Narela Pocket 6 Sector A1-A4

DDA's Pocket 6 in Narela Sector A1-A4 is a completed housing pocket built for the authority by B.G. Shirke Construction Technology. The Delhi RERA record DLRERA2025P0009 lists 448 two-bedroom, 232 three-bedroom and 256 EWS homes on roughly 36,700 sq m, with fire clearance obtained in 2016 and a project end date of February 2024. In March 2026 DDA added all 936 flats to its Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 for government employees, after about 75 percent of the first pocket in the scheme had been sold. The circular priced one-bedroom flats of about 61 sq m plinth area at roughly Rs 33.5 lakh, two-bedroom flats of 127 to 141 sq m at Rs 75.6 to 83.9 lakh, and three-bedroom flats of 164 to 184 sq m at Rs 1.06 to 1.19 crore, all after a 25 percent discount and before maintenance charges. A one-time maintenance corpus and a year of advance maintenance are charged on top. Each category comes with a parking area. Booking was first-come-first-served on DDA's Awaas portal from 26 March 2026. Check whether the scheme is still open before planning a purchase.
