DDA Narela Pocket 7 Sector A1-A4

Pocket 7 in Narela Sector A1-A4 is one of the smaller DDA housing pockets in the sub-city, built by B.G. Shirke Construction Technology. The Delhi RERA record DLRERA2025P0010 shows 328 two-bedroom, 192 three-bedroom and 200 EWS homes on about 28,600 sq m, with a Delhi Fire Service NOC issued in December 2022 and a final completion date of 22 August 2023. DDA has been selling the leftover stock through its first-come-first-served schemes. In the Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026, launched in January 2026 with a flat 25 percent discount, it listed 48 HIG flats in Block D with plinth areas of about 162 to 187 sq m at roughly Rs 95.9 lakh to Rs 1.10 crore, and 93 MIG flats in Blocks A and B of about 127 to 140 sq m at roughly Rs 72 to 80 lakh. These were the lowest MIG prices among the A1-A4 pockets in that scheme. The prices exclude maintenance charges, water connection charges and conversion charges, which DDA adds in the demand-cum-allotment letter. Applicants register once on DDA's Awaas portal and then book a specific flat online. Inspect the flat before booking, since DDA sells on an as-is basis.
