About DDA Narela Pocket 9 Sector A1-A4
Pocket 9 in Sector A1-A4, Narela, is one of the large multi-storey housing pockets that DDA built on a design-and-build contract starting in 2015. Its Delhi RERA record (DLRERA2025P0004) describes a revised layout of 576 two-bedroom, 272 three-bedroom and 320 EWS homes on about 45,500 sq m, with a sewage treatment plant, underground water tank and rainwater harvesting, and shows a completion date of May 2024. In December 2025 DDA offered 1,168 ready flats here under the Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025, a first-come-first-served scheme for serving and retired government staff, at a flat 25 percent discount. Reported post-discount prices were about Rs 34 lakh for one-bedroom units of roughly 61 sq m plinth area, Rs 80 to 88 lakh for two-bedroom units and Rs 1.15 to 1.27 crore for three-bedroom units. DDA said in March 2026 that about three quarters of the inventory had been sold. The pocket is in Narela sub-city, which DDA links to UER-II, GT Karnal Road and the planned Rithala-Narela-Kundli metro line.
