DDA Narela Sector G2-G6 LIG Housing

DDA's LIG housing in Narela Sectors G2 to G6 is part of a prefab turnkey project registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2022P0029. One sub-head of that registration covers 13,094 LIG and 2,579 EWS homes in Sectors G2 and G6 and G3 and G4, built with precast columns, beams and slabs, with an end date of November 2020. Large parts of this stock stayed unsold, and DDA has been offering it at steep discounts. Under the Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026, launched in January 2026, it listed nearly 500 LIG flats in Pockets 3, 4 and 6 at about Rs 15.3 lakh. In October 2026 it launched the DDA Awas Nivesh Yojana 2026 with 2,516 LIG flats, 1,020 in Pocket 3 at about Rs 15 lakh and 1,496 in Pocket 6 at about Rs 14.95 lakh, all with a plinth area of 49.9 sq m after a flat 25 percent discount, and it also published a list of 1,648 LIG flats in Pocket 1 at about Rs 14.95 lakh. Registration opened on 14 October and booking on 20 October 2026, with Rs 1 lakh as the booking amount. DDA pitches these flats partly as an investment buy, given the planned education hub in G2-G6; buyers should weigh rental demand and services in the area.
