DDA Narela Sector G7/G8 Pockets 4 and 5

Pockets 4 and 5 in Narela Sector G7/G8 are among the largest blocks of affordable housing DDA has built. The Delhi RERA record DLRERA2022P0021 says the two pockets were constructed with precast prefab technology, with 3,867 LIG and 860 EWS homes in Pocket 4 and 4,297 LIG and 960 EWS homes in Pocket 5, on a combined site of about 195,000 sq m. The record marks the work as fully completed in September 2017, with construction having started in May 2013. Many of these flats remained unsold for years and DDA has offered them repeatedly in discounted housing schemes, often with cuts of 15 to 25 percent, as part of its push to fill Narela. LIG flats in the G7/G8 sector are small one-bedroom units, and the neighbourhood is still filling in, so buyers should visit, check road access, water supply and nearby schools, and inspect the exact flat. Prices are not given here because we did not find a recent DDA list naming Pockets 4 or 5; DDA's current schemes on the Awaas portal show which pockets are on sale at any time.
