DDA Ramgarh Colony LIG Flats

Ramgarh Colony, close to Jahangirpuri Metro station in north Delhi, has a small DDA LIG housing block that was offered in Phase II of the DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025 from 7 November 2025. DDA put 73 LIG flats on sale here, and its flat-wise list shows them in Blocks A and B on floors from ground to fourth. Coverage of the scheme said the flats carried a 15 percent discount and were priced at about Rs 15.3 to 16.9 lakh, although an earlier listing on a property portal gave a lower range, so check the figure in DDA's own brochure. The booking amount for LIG flats was Rs 1 lakh, with a one-time Rs 2,500 registration fee, and allotment was first-come-first-served, with the buyer choosing a specific flat online. The big draw here is the location: Ramgarh Colony is inside the city, close to the Yellow Line, unlike most of DDA's cheaper stock in Narela. Flat size, completion date and Delhi RERA status were not available in the sources we found, so ask DDA for the plinth area and inspect the block before paying.
