DDA Rohini Sector 34 and 35 LIG Flats

DDA's LIG flats in Rohini Sectors 34 and 35 are small affordable homes on the northern edge of Rohini. In Phase II of the DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025, which opened for booking on 7 November 2025, DDA offered 308 LIG flats here. DDA's flat-wise list spreads them across Pockets 1 to 4 of Sector 34 and Pockets 5 and 6 of Sector 35, on floors from ground to the top floor. News coverage of the scheme put the price at about Rs 14 to 14.2 lakh per flat, which is among the lowest for an LIG flat in DDA's current stock, and the booking amount at Rs 1 lakh, with a Rs 2,500 one-time registration fee on the Awaas portal. Allotment was first-come-first-served, and buyers could pick a specific flat online. We did not find the plinth area or the Delhi RERA registration for these pockets; they may fall under DDA's large prefab LIG programme for Narela and Rohini, but that is not confirmed. Before booking, check the flat size, condition and water supply, and confirm the final price and charges in the demand letter.
