DDA Siraspur LIG Flats

DDA's LIG flats in Siraspur, in north-west Delhi, were put on sale in January 2026 as part of the DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026. The scheme circular lists 411 LIG flats across Pockets A1, A2, B1, C1, C2 and D1, and DDA's flat-wise list describes them as one-bedroom units with a plinth area of about 35.8 to 36.4 sq m and a carpet area of 23.9 sq m. After the flat 25 percent discount that DDA applied to the whole scheme, the tentative price was about Rs 11.5 to 11.7 lakh per flat, excluding maintenance, water connection and conversion charges. Registration opened on 24 January 2026 and booking on 28 January 2026, with a booking amount of Rs 1 lakh and a one-time portal registration fee of Rs 2,500. Remaining terms follow DDA's Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 brochure. These are some of the cheapest DDA homes on offer in the city, but they are compact, and the flat list shows many units on upper floors. We did not find a Delhi RERA registration or completion date for the Siraspur pockets, so ask DDA for completion and occupancy details and inspect the flat before booking.
