DLF Techpark Noida

DLF Techpark Noida is a multi-block IT office and data centre campus developed by DLF on a large plot near the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. DLF describes the site as about 25 acres in Sector 143 with a build potential of roughly 4 million sq ft, delivered in phases. UP RERA records the land as Plot No. 1, Sector 143A, with the promoter entity Urvasi Infratech Private Limited. Phase 1 covers an IT block and a data centre block, and Phase 2 adds Blocks D and E with very large office floor plates. Both registrations are marked completed in the RERA mirror. In October 2023 DLF announced an investment of about Rs 3,400 crore to expand the campus and its data centre space. Unlike strata-sold office projects, this campus is leased to corporate occupiers, so it is relevant mainly to businesses seeking Grade A space. The Sector 143 metro station on the Aqua Line is about 700 m away, and DLF highlights air filtration, a building management system and LEED Platinum targets.
