Fairfox Eye of Noida (EON)

Eye of Noida, usually shortened to EON, is the first Noida commercial project of Fairfox, developed by Fairfox ITInfra Private Limited on plot 01A in Sector 140A, close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. It is planned as an IT and ITeS service park with high street retail, lockable office units and a food court, built in four phases. The registered plot measures about 55,247 sq m, roughly 13.65 acres, which matches the figure given at launch. UP RERA has three registrations: Block A, Block E, and a combined registration for Blocks B and D. Together they list about 3,650 units, mostly small offices with some large anchor shops. Block A appears as completed in the RERA mirror with a declared end date of December 2025, while Blocks E and B+D are due by early 2027. The launch in late 2021 was marketed by Investors Clinic, which reported selling about 5 lakh sq ft of the first phase. The developer describes a green building approach aimed at IGBC Gold.
