Gardenia Glory, registered as Glory 46, is a Gardenia Group society on plot GH-01 in Sector 46, Noida. The full plot is about 12.8 acres. The UP RERA registrations in the pack are held by Gardenia Aims Developers Pvt Ltd. Phases 1 and 2 (towers A1 to A8) hold 610 two-bedroom homes of about 567-902 sq ft carpet. Phase 4 (towers B4 to B7) has 324 three-bedroom homes of about 804-1,017 sq ft. A Phase 3 is implied by the numbering but was not in the mirror data. Portals give totals of about 1,165-1,665 homes in 20-21 towers. The mirror shows all three phases as completed with a declared date of April 2021, and portals describe the project as ready to move. Older buyer forum posts describe long delays, including an environmental clearance issue, from a time when possession was first promised around 2013. Sector 46 is an established part of Noida with good road links. Resale buyers should confirm which phase a flat falls in and check the OC and registry status.

Gardenia Group is a Delhi NCR residential developer. The company behind the Gardenia projects listed on ADiHomes appears to be Gardenia India Limited. The IBBI corporate-process register lists it under CIN U45200DL2007PLC158102, and the UP RERA project listings for Gardenia Gateway and Gardenia Gitanjali carry the same name. Sources give different founding years: about 2005 on Justdial and 2008 on another portal. The CIN points to a 2007 registration. A founding year for the group could therefore not be confirmed. Portal listings give the office address as Plot 9, Sector 75, Noida. One portal names a separate firm, Aims Max Gardenia Developers Pvt Ltd, for Gateway. This could not be reconciled with the other sources.
