Global Foyer

Global Foyer is a delivered commercial building on Golf Course Road in Sector 43, Gurugram, developed by Rajdarbar Realty, which markets it under the Global Realty name and runs its own corporate office from the building. The developer describes a centrally air-conditioned mall and office block of ground plus eight floors with three basement levels of parking, and listing sites put the total area at about 3.17 lakh sq ft. The lower levels hold shops, restaurants and a spa, and the upper floors are offices. Listings show office units from roughly 1,450 sq ft to about 11,000 sq ft, many of them leased to tenants, and pre-leased units have been offered for sale by brokers. The building is about 300 m from the Sector 42-43 Rapid Metro station, close to DLF Phase 5 and Sushant Lok, which supports both office demand and footfall for its restaurants. It was completed before RERA came into force, so no registration applies. The completion year was not confirmed from the developer. Buyers should check the title chain, the occupation certificate, any existing lease and the maintenance arrangements for the specific unit.
