Godrej Avenue 9

Godrej Avenue 9 is a retail project by Godrej Properties inside its Godrej Golf Links township in Sector 27, Greater Noida, close to Pari Chowk. The township covers about 100 acres and is developed with AR Landcraft LLP, which holds the UP RERA registration UPRERAPRJ839208/07/2025. The registration lists 585 shops in a single block that brokers describe as ground plus three floors, with unit sizes from small kiosks of about 60 sq ft carpet up to large anchor spaces. Godrej presents it as a high-street style retail destination with mall-like features for the township and the wider Greater Noida catchment. Sales opened in July 2025, and the declared completion date is April 2030. Prices differ sharply between sources: broker sites quote roughly 1.1 to 1.65 crore rupees for 400 to 600 sq ft shops, while a Godrej page has shown a much higher starting figure, so ask the developer for the current price list. Some portals label the location as Greater Noida West, but Sector 27 lies in Greater Noida proper near Pari Chowk.
