Gold Coast City Walk

Gold Coast City Walk is a shopping and leisure complex in Crossings Republik, the large township on the NH-24 side of Ghaziabad. It is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ892294 by Gold Coast Developers Pvt. Ltd., on a plot of about 3,000 sq m, roughly three quarters of an acre. The filing lists 180 shops with carpet areas of about 90 to 950 sq ft. A listing site describes four floors arranged as themed zones, with more than 40 brands including fashion stores and food outlets, and gives a portal price band of about Rs 30 lakh to Rs 1.7 crore for units of 219 to 650 sq ft super area. The RERA mirror shows the project as completed, with a declared completion date of July 2026, and the portal lists it as ready to move. Crossings Republik has a large resident population but few organised retail centres, which is the main draw for shop buyers here. Before buying a unit, ask for the occupancy certificate, the current tenant mix and the maintenance charges, since resale inventory appears limited.
