Gulshan The G

The G is a commercial project by Gulshan Homz on plot C3-D within the Jaypee Greens Wish Town area of Sector 129, Noida, close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. It is registered with UP RERA by Gulshan Homes and Infrastructure Private Limited on a plot of about 10,365 sq m, around 2.6 acres. RERA lists 234 commercial units with carpet areas of roughly 363 to 3,530 sq ft, a range that fits shops, restaurants and small offices; a listing page describes it as a retail destination with shops of about 374 sq ft carpet. The estimated project cost on the registration is about Rs 718 crore, which suggests a sizeable built-up area for the plot. The registration was approved in October 2024 and declares completion by 14 July 2029, so the project is at an early construction stage. It is a separate registration from Gulshan One29, the group's operating mall in the same sector. Pricing has not been published, and buyers should ask whether units are sold outright or offered with lease arrangements.
