Himalaya City Center is a shopping complex in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, marketed under the Himalaya Group name and registered by R B Infraestate Pvt. Ltd. in two phases. Phase 1 (UPRERAPRJ728824) covers about 12,730 sq m and lists 548 shops in Block B, mostly small units of roughly 65 to 880 sq ft carpet. Phase 2 (UPRERAPRJ433171) covers about 9,160 sq m and adds 164 shops in Block A, from around 100 sq ft up to a few large showrooms of over 2,000 sq ft. Together the phases hold about 712 shops plus a handful of larger spaces, which makes this one of the bigger retail inventories in the Raj Nagar Extension cluster. Both registrations show as completed on the RERA mirror, with a declared completion date of August 2025, and a listing site describes Phase 2 as ready to move. Another portal still shows a 2028 possession date, so buyers should confirm which blocks have an occupancy certificate. Portal prices range from about Rs 15 lakh for kiosk-size units to around Rs 2 crore for large showrooms. A separate Himalaya City Centre Gold listing appears on portals and may be a different project.
