Indiabulls Green Avenue

Indiabulls Green Avenue is an affordable residential plotted colony in the revenue estate of Village Kharkhauda, Sector 2, Sonipat district. The promoter, Indiabulls Urbanresidency Limited, is an Indiabulls group subsidiary; a March 2025 stock exchange filing announced that HRERA Panchkula had granted registration HRERA-PKL-SNP-676-2025, dated 19 March 2025, for an affordable residential plotted colony, subject to conditions in the certificate. The HRERA portal shows the same number and approval date with the certificate uploaded. Later hearings dealt with the submission of service plans and estimates, some of which were adjourned, so buyers should check whether those approvals are now on record. The filing does not say whether the licence is under DDJAY. A listing site still shows the project as coming soon and gives prices on call; site area, plot count and plot sizes were not found. Kharkhoda (also spelt Kharkhauda) lies south-west of Sonipat city and hosts IMT Kharkhoda, the HSIIDC industrial township registered with HRERA as HRERA-PKL-SNP-441-2023, which includes Maruti Suzuki's new plant; since 2024 it has drawn a run of plotted colony registrations. Buyers should read the Form A-H details on the HRERA portal, confirm the licence and approved layout, check the completion date and designated bank account, and get the price list and payment plan in writing before booking.
