SNPC NV City

NV City is a residential plotted colony by SNPC Global Residency LLP at Village Barona and Kharkhauda, Sector 10A, in Kharkhoda tehsil of Sonipat district. The application was received on 27 August 2024 under temporary id RERA-PKL-PROJ-1527-2024, and HRERA Panchkula approved registration HRERA-PKL-SNP-630-2024 on 23 October 2024. The application cites two collaboration agreements with landowners dated December 2023 and gives a total site of about 8.13 acres, of which about 4.42 acres is shown as plots for sale. At the time of filing, external services such as roads, water, power and sewerage were listed without agency approvals, which is common for new colonies but worth checking. A related company later registered NV City-I at Pipli, Sector 6, under a separate number, and the two should not be confused. Online blogs promoting NV City plots are marketing material. Kharkhoda (also spelt Kharkhauda) lies south-west of Sonipat city and hosts IMT Kharkhoda, the HSIIDC industrial township registered with HRERA as HRERA-PKL-SNP-441-2023, which includes Maruti Suzuki's new plant; since 2024 it has drawn a run of plotted colony registrations. Buyers should read the Form A-H details on the HRERA portal, confirm the licence and approved layout, check the completion date and designated bank account, and get the price list and payment plan in writing before booking.
