Nextra City

Nextra City is a residential plotted colony by Nextra Developers LLP in Sector 2, across the revenue estates of Kharkhoda and Pipli, in Kharkhoda tehsil of Sonipat district. It was registered with Haryana RERA as 35 of 2017, dated 7 August 2017, and the Panchkula portal now carries it under project id RERA-PKL-594-2019 with the certificate uploaded. A filing on the portal lists 96 plots and records that possession had started as of 31 December 2019, and a property portal also shows possession from December 2019. That makes it one of the earliest delivered private colonies in Kharkhoda, years before the IMT and Maruti plant drew wider interest. Plot sizes and resale prices were not published in the sources reviewed. The group followed it with Nextra City 2 and, under a related company, Nextra City-3. Kharkhoda (also spelt Kharkhauda) lies south-west of Sonipat city and hosts IMT Kharkhoda, the HSIIDC industrial township registered with HRERA as HRERA-PKL-SNP-441-2023, which includes Maruti Suzuki's new plant; since 2024 it has drawn a run of plotted colony registrations. Buyers of resale plots should ask for the completion certificate, confirm that internal services have been handed over and check the plot's title at the sub-registrar's office.
