Irish Pearls is a compact residential project by the Irish Group on group housing plot GH-04 in Sector 1, Greater Noida West. The plot is about 10,030 sq m, roughly 2.5 acres, and the plan has two towers built over a podium, with about six homes per floor. RERA lists 364 homes split almost evenly across three types: 120 2 BHK homes of about 677 sq ft carpet, 124 3 BHK homes of about 929 sq ft carpet and 120 4 BHK homes of about 1,244 to 1,464 sq ft carpet. A portal floor plan shows the 2 BHK at about 1,100 sq ft super area. The project was registered with UP RERA in April 2020 with a declared completion date of October 2024, and the RERA mirror now records it as completed. A listing site describes it as ready to move, though the same page also carries an older under-construction label. Facilities include a pool, gym, park and play areas, and the location gives access to Gaur City Mall, NH-24 and the FNG Expressway. Buyers looking here are likely to be buying resale or leftover inventory, so ask for the occupancy certificate, the maintenance terms and recent transaction prices in the tower before agreeing a price.
