Kensington Park is a Jaypee Greens Wish Town project in Sector 133, Noida. Its UP RERA registration (UPRERAPRJ4954), held by Jaypee Infratech Ltd, covers plots B-16 to B-18, about 19 acres, with 1,972 homes in 18 blocks. The blocks are coded KPA (Kensington Park Apartments) and KPH (Kensington Park Heights). The mix is mostly 3 BHK (1,251 units, about 1,021-1,353 sq ft carpet), with 532 two-bedroom homes of about 719-740 sq ft and 189 four-bedroom homes of about 1,433-1,608 sq ft. Listing sites give built-up sizes of roughly 1,050 to 2,100 sq ft or more. Jaypee Infratech went through insolvency, and Suraksha Group took control under a plan approved by the NCLT in 2023 and upheld by the NCLAT in 2024. In January 2026 Suraksha said it had applied for occupancy certificates for 32 more towers, including Kensington Park Apartments and Kensington Park Heights. By July 2026 it reported 42 towers with OCs across Wish Town, without naming them. Buyers have also complained about lifts, fire systems and services in some towers. Check the OC and possession status of the specific tower before buying a resale flat.
