About Jaypee Greens Klassic
Klassic is a cluster of Jaypee Greens Wish Town towers in Sector 134, Noida. It is registered with UP RERA in three parts, all held by Jaypee Infratech Ltd. Klassic-A Phase II (UPRERAPRJ3901) has 686 homes on plots B-39 and B-40. Klassic-D (UPRERAPRJ3683) has 778 homes on plot B-34A. Klassic Corporate (UPRERAPRJ3618) has 922 homes on plot B-45. Together that is about 26.5 acres and roughly 2,386 apartments in 20 blocks, mostly 3 BHK, with 2 and 4 BHK options. The mirror shows all three parts as completed. Klassic-A and Klassic Corporate have declared completion dates in 2018-2019, and Klassic-D's date is September 2026. A Jaypee report of possession offers to Wish Town Klassic owners appeared years ago. In January 2026 Suraksha Group, which now controls Jaypee Infratech, listed Klassic among projects whose remaining towers had applied for occupancy certificates. Portal listings use names such as Klassic Heights and Klassic Shaurya for parts of the cluster. Resale buyers should check which registration and tower a flat belongs to, and whether it has an OC and a registry.
