Kalptaru Residency

Kalptaru Residency is a new residential project by Kalptaru Developers Private Limited in Village Thana Kalan, Sector 7 of the Kharkhoda master plan, Sonipat district. HRERA Panchkula heard the application on 15 July 2026 and approved registration HRERA-PKL-SNP-954-2026 on 7 August 2026, with the certificate uploaded and no further hearing required. The promoter's name is similar to that of a large Mumbai developer, but nothing in the sources links the two, and buyers should not assume any connection. Kharkhoda lies south-west of Sonipat city and is the site of IMT Kharkhoda, the HSIIDC industrial township that includes Maruti Suzuki's new plant, which has drawn a wave of plotted colony registrations since 2024. The sources reviewed did not publish the site area, product type, plot sizes, prices or completion date; the record is classed as plots in line with other Sector 7 registrations and should be confirmed. As one of the most recent approvals in the district, the project is at the very start of development. Buyers should read the Form A-H details on the HRERA portal, ask for the DTCP licence and approved layout, and check the designated bank account before making any payment.
