Karyan Trevana Residences

Trevana Residences is a luxury apartment project by NCR developer Karyan Group on NH-24, opposite Wave City, in the Mehrauli village area of Ghaziabad. Karyan announced the launch in May 2026 and said it would invest about Rs 900 crore with a revenue target near Rs 1,500 crore. The project offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK homes; a listing portal describes three towers of up to 39 floors with about 608 residences and 16 penthouses, and saleable sizes of about 2,195 sq ft for the Tower C 3 BHK, 2,595 sq ft for a 3 BHK with an office room and 3,495 sq ft for a 4 BHK with an office room. Leisure facilities centre on a clubhouse of about 45,000 sq ft, with a bowling alley, pickleball and paddle courts, a cricket pitch, indoor and outdoor pools, gyms and rooftop zones. The developer also lists rainwater harvesting and solar power for common areas. A bhoomi pujan marked the start of works, and completion is scheduled by 2030. Portals show UP RERA registration UPRERAPRJ142958/02/2026 approved in February 2026 with a declared completion of 30 December 2030. Land area is reported inconsistently, so it is left blank here.
