KB Mart

KB Mart, registered with UP RERA as KB India Mart, is a mixed-use commercial project by Shree KB Group on plots C-01 and C-02 in Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida. The site of about 9,350 sq m, around 2.3 acres, is open on four sides and faces the India Expo Centre and Mart, with the Aqua Line metro close by. The group describes a development of about 2.9 lakh sq ft combining high-street shops, a food court and studio apartments, aimed at the large student and faculty population of the surrounding colleges. The RERA registration, UPRERAPRJ151218, lists 421 units: 188 shops and 233 studio and other commercial units. In March 2026 the developer said it had leased more than three quarters of the retail space and that over 50 stores were already trading, with more anchor brands to open. The RERA declared completion date is November 2026. Investors should check whether a unit is pre-leased, the tenure and rent of that lease, and the completion certificate for the block before buying.
