Laxmi City Kharkhoda

Laxmi City is a residential plotted colony by Laxmi Son Empire Developer LLP in Sector 7 of the Kharkhoda master plan, Sonipat district. HRERA Panchkula received the application on 10 September 2025 under temporary id RERA-PKL-PROJ-1808-2025 and approved registration HRERA-PKL-SNP-777-2025 on 24 October 2025, with the certificate uploaded and no further hearing listed. The portal records it as a new project. A listing site describes it as a plotted project with prices on call and cites the same registration number. Site area, plot count and plot sizes were not published in the sources reviewed. Sector 7 is one of the busiest new pockets in Kharkhoda, with Rajdhani County, Alan City and Kalptaru Residency registered nearby, and another scheme, Aarambh Greens, filed for registration in early 2026. Kharkhoda (also spelt Kharkhauda) lies south-west of Sonipat city and hosts IMT Kharkhoda, the HSIIDC industrial township registered with HRERA as HRERA-PKL-SNP-441-2023, which includes Maruti Suzuki's new plant; since 2024 it has drawn a run of plotted colony registrations.
