Legacy by Gaurs

Legacy by Gaurs is a luxury apartment project by the Gaurs Group inside the Jaypee Greens golf enclave in Greater Noida. It was launched in December 2024 with an estimated investment of about Rs 750 crore, and within days the group said it had sold about 200 homes in the first phase for roughly Rs 1,300 crore. The UP RERA registration covers plot B-10 of about 10,260 sq m, or a little over 2.5 acres, with four towers named Buckingham, Edinburgh, Kensington and Versailles; the Buckingham tower also holds the community facilities. All homes are large 4 BHK layouts. RERA lists 265 apartments with carpet areas of about 1,884 to 2,409 sq ft, while the launch material describes two sizes of about 3,500 and 4,700 sq ft super area and roughly 250 homes in all. The main selling point is the setting: the developer says every apartment looks onto the golf greens. The declared RERA completion date is September 2029. Prices have not been published by the developer in a form we could verify, so buyers should ask for a current price sheet, confirm the tower and view, and check the RERA quarterly progress before booking.
