Lodha Golf Course Road

Lodha Golf Course Road is the first Gurugram project from Mumbai-based Lodha Developers, formerly Macrotech Developers. It is a commercial building planned on an HSVP commercial site in Sector 28, Urban Estate Gurugram-II, between MG Road and Golf Course Road. An HRERA Gurugram public notice, as reported in search results and summarised by Realty Hunting, says HSVP auctioned the 4,843 sq m site (about 1.2 acres) to Acquisitive Infradevelopers in April 2025, issued a no-objection certificate in October 2025 and executed the conveyance deed in December 2025. The landowner then signed a joint development agreement with Lodha. Building plans were approved on 20 July 2026 and Lodha applied for registration on 24 July 2026. Square Yards now lists the project as a new launch with retail shops and office space, showing sample units of about 2,554 sq ft and 8,767 sq ft, possession from November 2032 and a registration number, but that number could not be confirmed on an official page, and Realty Hunting reported no number as of early October 2026.
