About Logix Blossom Greens
Blossom Greens is a Logix Group housing project in Sector 143, Noida, registered with UP RERA by Logix Infratech Pvt Ltd. Five phases are on the RERA mirror, numbered 2 to 6, covering 15 towers and about 1,574 homes. Phases 2, 4 and 5 (towers B to J) hold 1,110 three-bedroom homes of about 960-1,237 sq ft carpet. Phase 3 (towers A and K, with the clubhouse) has 82 large four-bedroom units. Phase 6 (towers U, V and W, with shops) has 382 two-bedroom homes of about 569-785 sq ft. Portals quote built-up sizes from about 860 sq ft to over 3,500 sq ft and describe the society as ready to move. The mirror shows all five phases as completed between February and June 2022. A separate Logix company's Blossom Zest project in the same sector went into insolvency, and older buyer complaints about Logix projects mention power supply and other services. Resale buyers should check the OC of the tower and whether the society's power and maintenance have been handed over.
