Logix Blossom Zest

Blossom Zest is a Logix Group project in Sector 143, Noida, near the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. It combines 2 BHK towers with satellite 'SAT' towers of studios and small units. It was registered with UP RERA by Logix City Developers Pvt Ltd in four phases, covering about 2,198 units. Phase 1 (UPRERAPRJ5597) has towers A, B and C plus SAT-1 and SAT-2. Phase 2 has towers D, E and F with the clubhouse, and Phases 3 and 4 add more SAT towers. An IBBI order records that the Phase 1 towers A, B and C have held an occupancy certificate since February 2019. The rest of the project has had a troubled history. In 2022 the NCLT admitted an insolvency petition against Logix City Developers, filed by a project management consultant over unpaid dues, and the case has remained before the tribunal. An August 2025 news report said only about 850 of roughly 2,700 buyers had possession and that work had been halted for years. The RERA mirror marks every phase as completed, which does not match these reports. Treat any unit outside the OC towers as under construction until a resolution plan is approved.
